• Literacy culture & future readiness: Reading is a daily priority through our school-wide Drop Everything and Read (DEAR) and DEAR 2.0 programs. We pair this focus on literacy with 21st-Century technology and Xello lessons which introduces students to career and college paths early to build their independence and curiosity about the future.
• Deeper Learning & individualized support: We guide students through the principles of Mastery, Identity, and Creativity in every lesson. By integrating robust reading and math intervention programs, we ensure that every learner receives the personalized instruction or small-group teaching they need to meet and exceed grade-level expectations.
• Positive culture & social-emotional well-being: We reward students for demonstrating Respect, Responsibility, and Safety through our Paw Points system, which can be used at our school store. This positive behavior is supported by a dedicated team of counselors and social workers who help students build the resilience to navigate life's changes with confidence.
